    • Opened vegetable raviole with an egg cooked at low temperature, mushroom and summer truffle, goat's cheese ice-cream

    • Smoked watermelon with spicy gambas, crunchy vegetables and chilled watermelon consommé

    • Confit duck 'pastilla' with sweet spices, courgette mousseline, cherry tomatoes and pickled red onions

    • Fresh cod cooked in olive oil, red peppers and onions "piperade", white wine and basil sauce
