    • Pastilla of confit duck's legs, pumpkin , broccoli and an orange sauce

    • Filet of saithe, just seared, pearl Barley risotto with death trumpets, razor clams and spinach

Cristalline of duck foie gras and ginger bread, chutney of peppered mangoe, sweet and sour vegetables, spinach mousseline

Beef pan-fried "à la plancha", samoza of veal sweetbreads, vegetables, death trumpets mushrooms, truffle sauce
