Menu Saveurs - 35 €

    • Egg "Mimosa" with summer truffle and pickled beetroot

    • Crumble with gambas, slightly spicy, avocado mousse, grilled red pepper sorbet

    • Choice of dish

    • Duck magret cooked "à la plancha", pearl Barley risotto with carotts and cumin

    • Fresh cod, cooked at low temperature in olive oil, star aniseed, quinoa salad and tomatoe compoted

    • Choice of dessert

    • White peach glazed with Tonka bean, pistaccio biscuit and cocoa sorbet

    • Selection of yew cheeses from monsieur Marty and mango chutney

Menu Découverte - 45 €

Crab and avocado mixed with a light cream with aneth

Monkfish gravlaax and marinated scallop, crunchy salad and squid ink ice cream

Pan-fried beef, "pappardelle" of celeriac and truffle, vegetables from the market

Selection of mature cheeses

(Supplement of 5 € in replacement of the dessert or 12 € while preserving the dessert)

Apricot and passion fruit cream in a meringue, yew milk ice-cream
