    • Duck Magret slightly smoked on the "Big Green Egg", carrots and Raz-El-Hanout mousseline, confit carrots with ginger bread crumbs, fried onions

Red mullet with citrus fruits, grilled red pepper sorbet

Pan-fried foie gras scallop with mangoe chutney and ganache of foie gras with a peppered mangoe jelly

Pigeon from the region, cooked in two ways: glazed breast and confit leg in a cromenski, yellow carott mousseline, confit onion, Béarnaise sauce with summer truffle

Selection of mature cheeses
