Our lunch formulas

Menu Saveurs - 35 €

    • Iced soup of pink garlic from Lautrec, grilled pepper sorbet and garlic crisp

    • Gambas in a steamed rice paper roll with sweet spices, crunchy salad and wasabi ice-cream

    • Choice of dish

    • Duck magret with pearl barley risotto with red beetroot, young carotts and orange sauce

    • Filet of cod, slowly cooked in the oven in olive oil, seabass tartar with tomatoe and aneth

    • Choice of dessert

    • Speculoos and dark chocolate biscuit, with figs and citrus fruit, raspberry sorbet

    • Selection of yew cheeses from monsieur Marty and quince paste

Menu Découverte - 45 €

Goat's cheese Panna Cotta and ice-cream, yellow tomatoe consommé and summer truffle

Scallops marinated with vinegar of aromatic flowers, smoked aubergine caviar, tumeric ice-cream and red tuna céviché

Beef with a black olive crust, duet of tomatoe "compote" and confit tomatoe

Selection of mature cheeses

(Supplement of 5 € in replacement of the dessert or 12 € while preserving the dessert)
