    • Cepes mushrooms risotto with old parmesan and an egg cooked at low temperature

    • Spinach Panna Cotta with gambas tartar, Jerusalem artichoke served as crisps and ice-cream

    • Beef "à la plancha", pumpkin mousseline and Raz El Hanout spices, vegetable papardelle and a sauce with sweet spices

    • Cod cooked in olive oil with squid ink, samfire tempura, chard and a cream with dill
