Our lunch formulas

Menu Saveurs - 35 €

    • Egg "Mimosa" with truffle and a goat's cheese ice-cream

    • Marinated gambas with citrus fruit, in an opened ravioli, squid ink mousseline with turmeric ice-cream

    • Choice of dish

    • Pastilla of confit duck's legs, pumpkin , broccoli and an orange sauce

    • Filet of saithe, just seared, pearl Barley risotto with death trumpets, razor clams and spinach

    • Choice of dessert

    • Dark chocolate, "Mangaro 1er cru", prepared three ways

    • Selection of yew cheeses from monsieur Marty and quince paste


Menu Découverte - 45 €

Marinated scallops with confit red pepper and squid ink ice-cream

Duck Foie Gras glazed with spices, "hot and cold", pickles and beetroot espuma

Local pigeon cooked 'two ways': oven-roasted breast, confit leg with cepes in a crunchy springroll, pearl barley risotto with cepes mushrooms

Selection of mature cheeses

(Supplement of 5 € in replacement of the dessert or 12 € while preserving the dessert)

Pineapple "cristalline" flambed in rhum, Piña Colada marshmallow and mangoe sorbet
